As someone who was there the atmosphere was great especially at the beginning there were a ton of Panthers fans but didn’t really have anything to cheer for. Everyone was crying about the ice but I honestly didn’t notice anything different from normal, the Rangers seemed just fine scoring 5 and it wasn’t the reason the panthers sucked tonight, it was because they bought into the whole event shtick and got too comfortable and the Rangers took complete advantage.
ugh, yeah, that was fucking horrible. The event and everything was awesome, everything about it was awesome really except for the game. To my untrained eye, that very well might have been their worst performance of the season. Really wanted to win this one in particular. When will they get another opportunity like this again? When it was announced last year I said "if there's 1 game I want them to win next season, it's the Winter Classic." Doesn't get any easier from here either. Colorado, Toronto, Montreal, gonna have to find a way to win some of those games now. I hadn't heard an update on Jonesy, hope he's alright. Would be a big loss

I stopped watching after the 1st period. The Panthers didn’t look like they were having fun. They looked slow and like they were holding back on being aggressive. They played like the NHL told them to tone it down for a national audience. The camera coverage was making me dizzy too. The Panthers uniforms were dope though.
The panthers just got cocky instead of coming in humble I see players bringing they’re new toys to show off instead of showing out
