A 2-9-1 start to the season had the Flames at the bottom of the NHL standings only two months ago.
How quickly things change.
While the road back to a playoff spot remains a challenge, the Flames have worked themselves back into the conversation with a scorching six-week stretch – including a dominant home record that’s turned the Scotiabank Saddledome into a house of horrors for any and all visitors.
We take you behind the scenes at the ‘Dome, as the Flames rattle off wins in rapid succession before taking off on their annual Dads Trip, where we were a fly on the wall for some incredible, father-son moments – both at the rink and on the gridiron, of all places – before the team returned home, continued their winning ways, and then took off again for the most highly anticipated matchup of the season:
The Battle of Alberta.
In enemy territory.
Johnny Beecher, Jonathan Huberdeau, MacKenzie Weegar and his father, Scott, Matt Coronato and Ryan Lomberg are all mic’d up this episode, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the sights and sounds of sizzling Flames hockey leading into the Christmas break!

i just cant watch these anymore. this team will always be mid and they pretend like they're a fantastic talented squad who is bound for post season success. its just so sad how they've been in the mucky middle for decades. i have yet to see them truly contend because the ownership refused to rebuild and actually build a contender through the high end talent in the draft.
Need a new Captain. A wolf that is hungry and has some teeth. Respect to the current Captain, but change is good and you need a hunger to win…
Quite discouraged by ownership not investing in the vision to be a contender. Tired of being a middling team.
