What. A. Game.

The Vegas Golden Knights are now just one win away from advancing after a heart-pounding 3–2 OT victory over the Minnesota Wild in Game 5 of the 2025 NHL Playoffs!

Brett Howden was the hero in overtime, finishing off a chaotic sequence to seal the win for Vegas in front of a stunned Wild bench. But this one wasn’t without controversy — Scott Hartnell’s potential goal was called back, leaving Wild fans furious and flipping the momentum entirely.

  1. I KNOW it's SCOTT HARTNELL I have no idea why I kept saying Ryan Hartnell but no time to record this, so apologies! Thanks for watching everyone

  2. I was at this game, and it was SO NICE to see him on game ice again 😁😁😁 we were all chanting FLEU-RY FLEU-RY

  3. Aaaggghhhh when I saw Fleury in net for the 3rd I SHRIEKED. God, I wanted that storyline 😅

I feel like the Wild were trying to be a little too clever on offense; like I just wanted to see them shoot more. But maybe the shots just weren't there. They came out SO aggressive right at the beginning of the game, I was like YES, this is it, fellas. More, please.

(And even though it got called back, if I have to chirp Hartman to get goals out of him, I'll keep it up. I'm new here, still figuring out how the hockey gods do things. So DO BETTER, Hartman.)

  4. Any video about the Canes' incredible comeback to be the first team to move to the next round in the playoffs?

  5. ive been seeing so many wild fans complaining about the offside, wanting the rule change acting like they wouldn't be pissy if it was the other way around
