All eyes on THIS… Insider reveals HUGE Canucks trade update

The Vancouver Canucks trade market is heating up, but according to Elliotte Friedman, things might not be playing out exactly how we expected.
In this video, we dive into the latest reports regarding Kiefer Sherwood and the reality of his current trade value. While fans and analysts have been speculating on a massive return for the hard-hitting forward, Friedman is now suggesting that the league-wide valuation might be lower than the initial hype suggested.

  1. I've noticed that whatever the rumours are for a trade return, those rumours end up being too high. I'm talking about any player and not just the most recent trade return for Quinn Hughes. The rumours were bigger than what they actually got from Minnesota. If rumours say Sherwood will net a 1st round pick, I've learned that the actual trade will not be that high or at least, there will be pieces not covered by the rumour.

  2. Last I heard it was either a 1st and Musty from San Jose or Zach Benson from Buffalo only for Sherwood. Which would be better it those were the highest bids? I think Benson is better than Jett Luchanko. I don’t think Boston will offer James Hagens or Habs offer Michael Hage but that would be a crazy win. 20th to 30th overall will probably have some serviceable centres. If we got something like a 1st to land 10-15th overall we can draft Bjorck or Preston. The Leafs’ or Boston’s 1st pick could get that.

  3. the Canucks need to get a 1st rounder at a minimum.I don't think a team would give the Canucks a 1st rounder and a roster player that is playing anywhere near as well as Sherwood. He has played very well –last year as a player that worked hard and led the league in hits and this year is heading for a 30 goal season.Canucks had better get a deal done or they will end up getting nothing for him.
