In my humble opinion. Tocchet wasn't going to spill any fuel on the smoldering mess that is left behind in Vancouver.
They way I read it is he tried to address the issue "he inherited" but, at the end of the day management and ownership didn't do enough to resolve it either.
You'll notice the effort he puts into stating his appreciation for the fans and, the media and, the time he spent here.
Not very much to say for the rest of management and not much about ownership at all.
He's savvy enough not to go there but, what is not said speaks volumes. Again just another assholes opinion.

Petey is a problem, feuding with Hughes and Miller, two totally different personalities, then he is the problem.
