  1. Is this the reason I went from feeling bigger to now feeling like ive "lost muscle" and feel smaller?

  2. Me this week lol down from 90kg to 86.5, starts creatine and within maybe 3/4 back up to 89kg lol

  3. I really needed to hear this. I'm on a journey to balance hormones through cycle syncing and fasting around cycle as well because I'm perimenopausal and my extra weight won't budge. I just started creatine after doing the research about how important creatine is for peri menopausal women, and have gained 5 pounds in 3 days 🥴

  4. Thanks for this! I am new to all of this, and was super defeated after being in a caloric deficit every day, tracking my macros and gained weight. This makes me feel so much better now. I’m gonna keep going, and keep taking my create daily performance gummies. Can’t wait to start seeing some weight loss soon. I’m also trying to walk 10k a day too. Figured maybe I needed to move more.

  5. havent lost the weight i put on since taking it and im so worried :'') i started with just needing to lose 13 pounds and now i have to lose 20… and ive been in a deficit and creatine for 1.5 months…. idk what to. ive also STAYED bloated, even in the mornings. ive decided to stop taking it today after watching videos like these becaseu i feel like a loser with no progress even after starting in january. maybe this one isnt for me :/ (i also drink 2/3 to 1 gallon of water per day) and my jeans dont fit :/

  6. If you experience a weight gain at 5 g, keep going, go up to 10 g, find the amount that you can take where your weight plateaus. That's how much you're supposed to take.

  7. Thank you – I gained 4 lbs and was freaking out as I felt stronger and smaller but the scales said NO. I took 10g a day for a week and now will stick to 5g or the measure scoop. Again thanks for clarifying.

  8. Yea i felt like a was gaining weight (i visually see it) because i don't weigh myself and freaked out and stopped taking Creatine.

  9. Creatine and keto. If you don’t lose that 5-10 pounds in a week or two when starting creatine and the keto diet, just know that the water that you typically pee out when starting keto has been diverted to your muscles and when you start losing weight, it’s fat, not water.

  10. Me being mad all week that my weight was going up and I literally just started creatine…whew thanks for this video!❤

  11. This is exactly what i wanted to hear because i was freaking out that nbeen going to the gym for 3 weeks now and started my creatine 1 week ago and gained 6-8 pounds i was like wtf!!! I guess its all the creatine and water thats been going to my muscle mass since i started creatine. Thank you for clearing that up for me. Im cool now. 1st week double up on creatine then after the first week just take the regular dose.

  12. I've been taking 5 grams for past 4 months consistently and have gained cumulatively 4 lbs. Not sure I see it in my muscles (which I'm trying to increase) but was worried it did increase my fat weight.

  13. Honestly the fact that i cant really tell that I'm on it makes me feel better about its efficacy. Rule of thumb for me has been anything that works very quickly cant be all that good for the body.

  14. Needed to hear this, on a weight loss journey 80lbs down another ~60-80 to lose and I started taking creatine a couple weeks ago and was getting mad at the scales. Good to know it should stabilise and start going down again soon.
