Bruins Roster Update: Mittelstadt Returns, Merkulov Called Up, Blumel to LTIR!
Breaking news for Bruins fans! General Manager Don Sweeney has announced several roster moves today.
Casey Mittelstadt is back on the active roster after a stint in Providence, bringing his scoring touch back to Boston. Georgii Merkulov gets the call-up from Providence after a strong AHL performance.
Unfortunately, Matej Blumel is heading to Long-Term Injured Reserve (LTIR) after an injury on Nov. 26th. We wish him a speedy recovery!
Plus, defenseman Michael Callahan has been assigned to Providence.
