Kliff Kingsbury. NFL coaching experience. Offensive guru. Head coach in college and the pros. Still young. Look what he did withJayden Daniels last year. Imagine his playcalling with Lamar.
My personal opinion: as far as your Dream Team list goes….I would NOT want Nick Saban. I know he did great things at the collegian level but, let's not forget that he DID come to the pros and HC'd for Miami…and couldn't do squat there during his time. Granted, it wasn't that long of a stint by any means, but still. Instead of even trying to get a HC job somewhere else in the pros, or even as a coordinator, he went back to Alabama. No thanks on that pick. I think what this team needs is a defensive minded HC that can bring back the "play like a Raven" mindset. Someone who's going to bring us back to the glory days of Ed Reed, Ray Lewis, etc. And someone who can bring a competent DC with him would be a MASSIVE plus! I know a lot of people are pissed at Todd Monken about the calls he's been making lately but, I can't shake the feeling that there's something else going on there. I wouldn't be surprised if he's WANTING to make other calls but Harbaugh is cutting him off at the knees (which he's been known to do). So, while I would prefer a Defensive minded HC…I wouldn't be SUPER upset if they made Monken HC either…

AFC Championship vs Chiefs- Gus Edwards averaged 6.7 yards on 3 carries. Never played again after that.
AFC Wild Card vs Bengals- JK Dobbins 4.8 yards per carry. Scored a touchdown. First and goal on the 1 yard line to take lead. Dobbins not in the game. Tyler Huntley fumbles ball.
Ravens vs Patriots Sunday Night- Derrick Henry 7.1 yards per carry. Scores touchdown to give Ravens 11 point lead. Never played after that

Generally aligned with you on the coaching candidates but disagree with you that Lamar saved John’s job. John and EDC led the selection and build around Lamar. It showed incredible vision and leadership to do it- that no other team’s coach /GM showed. Credit where credit is due.

My worry about Klint Kubiak is that Seattle cannot run the ball. New Orleans was solid at running when he was there but a lot of these Shanahan disciples are best at running zone schemes rather than just out physicalling the other team which doesn’t seem like a ravens philosophy
