I’ve watched this like 10 times and don’t see how that is indisputable proof that it’s over the line

Casey Desmith had a save similar to this back in Pittsburgh. Basically the same thing happened.
That was a goal after he caught the puck his hand went over the goal line and you can see the punk in the above view clearly go a bit over the line before the puck was dead

This exact save/situation happened to Wedgewood and they declared no goal. His glove is black tho so it's indeterminate. Wear black gloves goalies
