We have to stop calling everything a buggy choke. Jean Jacq Machado teaches this as a leg assisted head and arm choke. That is what this is called. If you think of it that way you can be more creative about its use.
Does Craig actually have a video on teaching this? Would love to learn a few tips/tricks on how to effectively hit this, flexibility needed, etc. I've seen others share their videos, but would be great if we could see Craig's take on this.
