Samuel Montembeault allows 4 goals on 24 shots for Laval Rocket in 5-2 loss to Cleveland Monsters

Samuel Montembeault of the Montreal Canadiens played the first game of his AHL conditioning stint with the Laval Rocket and it didn’t go so well, as Cleveland won, 5-2. The 5th goal was scored into an empty net. The Rocket is still without Laurent Dauphin, Alex Belzile and Joshua Roy, who all served the 2nd game of their 3 game suspensions for leaving the bench early in the game against the Toronto Marlies on December 12th. I hope the Monsters don’t mind me borrowing a part of their video.
