The turning point of the game was when Dallas was up 3-2 and on PP and could have made it 4-2. Rantanen took a penalty which took them off the PP and we capitalized on it.
HarrisMcGovern: WHY IS FINNIE ON THE POWERPLAY WITH ONLY THREE 5V5 POINTS THE LAST 29 GAMES? WHY IS HE REPLACING JVR ON THE POWERPLAY WITH JVR HURT? Finnie scores on the power after replacing jvr on pp1 because they both play the same position on the powerplay. HarrisMcGovern: This moron coach is going to burn the season down for this kid unbelievable. He had 8 shots right at the net during the powerplay before putting it in btw. Disaster for the team long term. This team won't have a top line unless finnie is taken off of it.

Finnie currently is 17th in powerplay minutes per game out of 69 rookies with a minimum of 12 games played and is 4th in rookie points per 60 minutes played on the powerplay. HarrisMcGovern: finne sucks why is he on the powerplay and not some guy who can't produce on it?
Finnie even strength goal differential is tied for 5th best amongst 41 rookie forwards with a minimum of 15 games played at +4. He is 4th in rookie forwards for points.
Holy shit i love todd more and more everytime i hear him interview “1 year ago today wings lost 4-0 to st louis today you win and sit on top of the division thats gotta feel good for the team and fans” Todd: ya i’m sure its great for the franchise and for the fans that we are winning more than losing but we still got alot of work to do I love it he doesnt get cocky he doesnt let the success get to him he acknowledges the good but doesnt let it change his mindset he still sees theres lots of work to do and that we can still do better THATS MY FUCKIN COACH👏

He has the lowest 5v5 points per 60 among forwards on the team in that time, and is also worse than 4 d-men. The team is losing 12-17 at 5v5 w Finnie on the ice in those 29 games. They're losing 2-7 w Finnie on the ice at 5v5 in the last 11 games.
Why is he still on top line? What other player could perform that way and get treated like that?
Anyway, great win, great to bank the points. But they have been domintaed 3 of the last 4 games. They've had 1, 0, 4, 1, 1 5v5 goals in their last 5 since Kane went down. The team right now has literally no working 5v5 lines.
