McGing, a 27-year-old native of Chicago, Illinois, made a brief recall to the NHL Blues, appearing in three games and notching two points (one goal, one assist). This season, he has suited up for 18 games with the Thunderbirds, tallying six points (four goals, two assists) and accumulating 25 penalty minutes.
Over his career, McGing has racked up an impressive 156 points (60 goals, 96 assists) across 298 AHL regular-season games, along with 235 penalty minutes. Originally drafted by the Blues in the fifth round, 138th overall, in the 2018 NHL Draft.
