  1. he said he would give the moon, so trade for Adam Fantalli from columbus. 50-60 points potentiel a left handed, he could be the next Jeff Carter on the second line and will not cost the galaxy like some youtubers wants with Robert thomas from st louis another right handed when habs have 6 of those

  2. Carolina was in on Phillip Danault trade and had an offer on the table that included Jesperi Kotkaniemi, but LA didn’t like his term.

  3. Both Texier and Beck are starting to fit in nicely and Beck getting better minute with Evans out / Veleno may be after that hit as well 😮

  4. With Slaf lighting up the kiddie line and Danault filling the center need, could it be that what we need is not a 2C but a 1RW?!? We do have a couple of those coming up …

  5. Danault can be used against any opposing line as a shut down. Habs don't need scoring as much as they need veteran defense up the middle. Top 2 lines are more than capable of scoring.

  6. There’s no room for error among the goalies. The division is way too competitive. Stick with Fowler , as long as he stays hot and his save percentage remains above .900

  7. Danault’s trade is probably going to be a masterpiece given the current situation with Evan’s injury. Imagine the price tag if Evans was injured earlier ? We are doing well!!

  8. Just to put Phil Danault's offensive struggles in perspective, Anze Kopitar has scored 6 goals in 30 games, and Quinton Byfield has 4 goals in 33 games. Very defensive team.
This is a very good deal for the Habs. I'll feel a lot better when the Habs are trying to protect a one-goal lead late in the third when Phil and Kaiden Guhle are on the ice.
