    The reporters always walk on egg shells and never ask the players the hard question. Why aren’t they asking the players why the fuck there all of a sudden not giving any effort .

    Bowen was talking about bunch of nonsense. Lots of respect for him. However, so because Buffalo is a dumpster fire we should be happy with mediocre play? Because we’ve made the playoffs every year and choked we should be okay with that ? I understand the sentiment but the take he had is a bit out of touch with reality.

    The Leafs, at least their so called stars aren’t built to play Berube hockey. They’re prima Dona’s who stay on the outside instead of crashing the net. The worst part about that is it’s starting to affect Knies play. Like Mathews and William Bystander got their money, it’s like they’re showing Knies hey, just show up and get paid.

    Brad needs to call a meeting with Auston and find out if he really wants to be a leaf. Cause if there’s a chance of him being traded now’s the time. They can probably fetch a really good return.

    Matthews is the highest payed player in the NHL he's currently 105th in the league in scoring. It's not all his fault but it's not right.

    The pathetic lack of effort from Mathews and Nylander should be a major red flag to any coach thinking about coming to Toronto when inevitably Berube gets fired because he can't pander to these spoilt brats.
