  1. The Hardest things to do, when don't self directed training, is to Stay FOCUSED!
    especially if you're broke.
    Stay On Task!
    Don't let the distractions enter!
Use this, to Defend Your Mind!

  2. I used to do a warmup matrix for 15 mins (squats, rope, kb clean+press+one arm swings in the mix), after that 10×2 min rounds heavybag with 1 minute pause between rounds…
I'll try this one next week 🙂

  3. Went to a couple drop in sessions at a boxing gym near Kansas City.

They had a sign up for a suggested daily workout

    20 min jump rope
    4 rounds shadow
    4 rounds double-end
    4 rounds speed
    4 rounds heavy
    100x squats, sit-up and pushup

I actually got through to the squats and found it difficult to standup from a squat after 2 reps.

    🙂

  4. No joker off the street is going to jump rope for 10 minutes straight as a starter…maybe start at 3 minutes for the average schmo
