The Wild just made a MAJOR statement…

The Minnesota Wild got a gutsy win against the Columbus Blue Jackets when they did not prove that they should have won. The Wild’s second line continued to play fantastically between Danila Yurov, Yakov Trenin, and Vladimir Tarasenko. The Stars, with Kirill Kaprizov and Matt Boldy, lock the game in, and Jesper Wallstedt holds the Wild in, allowing them to win. Kirk Day breaks down the game and Quinn Hughes first underwhelming performance with the Wild.

  1. Canucks fan here following Hughes…….why the HELL is he playing 32 minutes!!! in a regular season game against Columbus?!?! Stupid……you risk injury and fatigue…….

  2. I have watched EVERY game for the past nine years or so. This wasn't the greatest game, but it certainly wasn't the worst this year. Until the puck got turned over and led to the 1st goal, I was really liking the movement in the zone. I also thought this was the first game that we really got to see Quinn Hughes display his skating ability a bit more. Not sure why they aren't just letting him skate the puck across the blue line. Thank goodness the Russians decided to show up and start playing hockey the last few games while half team is missing.
