It’s not just the wild it Minnesota in general dealing with injuries look at the vikes our season ended due to injuries, we got a bad injury bug this year hopefully the twins and wolves don’t get it
As a blues fan I would like to see them sell Schenn, Kyrou, Binnington, Faulk. But I don't don't think we will get an at value offer for any of them.

As a Blues fan, I just want a change in our younger core. A quality talent to replace Kyrou and Buchnevich. Also, shipping out Schenn, Faulk, and yes, even Binnington while there is value would be smart. One of the things we undervalued this past offseason was the importance of veteran defenseman (Leddy, Suter) playing with younger defensemen (Tucker, Broberg, Kessel). I would like updated defensive depth and a game changing scorer that we can truly rely on, whoever is selling one! lol
Mario and Burkle have to be kicking themselves for selling the Pens when they did. They missed out on an extra billion.
I totally get why Shannon reports on this, but the Blues thing is a non-story. Army has never blown up the team except the one year he had like four expiring contracts. He's doing his job by listening, but I doubt a trade is made. If you trade Binnington, it's only to move the shuffle along like Pittsburgh when they got rid of Fleury. It didn't really improve the position for long.
Blues fan. Could see the team going on a run when the players return from IR if we were in any other division. Even healthy, this team can hardly compete with COL, DAL, and MN.
Blues absolutely need to sell. They need one of the top three picks in this years draft.
They need a true number 1 Dman, a 60-80 point center to back up Thomas, and someone who can finish more consistently to play with Thomas.
I just don’t see them competing with avs, Dallas, or mcdrai in the west until they address a few of these needs.
Montembeault had two very good seasons previously, but suffered a major groin injury in the playoffs. He looks like it's still affecting him.

Between the lackadaisical play and injuries, the Blues are toast this year. Move the veterans for young players. The future is now.

i lost my last brain cell watching the blues play. actively seek to move on from kyrou, buchnevich, schenn, binnington and faulk. get a top pick. imagine the rivalry with the blackhawks gavin v bedard. we got some nice pieces in holloway, broberg, hofer, snuggy, thomas, dvorsky. no use trying to compete to lose in the first round. cmon army saint louis is done being put through hell between the cardinals and blues
Schenn, Faulk, Buchnevich, Parayko can all go. Parayko plays too soft for his size. Buchnevich can’t seem to figure it out. Schenn isn’t captain material, and Faulk? Well you know the guy isn’t that bad but makes way too many mistakes and errors. Like instead of playing shutdown defense with 30 seconds left decides to ice the puck and gives the Jets the ability to tie the game and then win in 2OT.

Blues fan here. Selling is probably necessary at this point. I like most of our veteran players but I like winning the Cup more.
I would love to see Celebrini play in my time zone, but I'm not sure if I would like to see him play against my team.
He deserves the spot though, so I hope he gets it.
Blues should sell. As much as I think they will eventually play their way out of this, I don’t think it’s worth it to keep this group together for another run at the wildcard.

I fully expect the Canucks while currently last in the league, after having traded away their best defenceman in franchise history as well as their captain, to now start winning enough games the rest of the season to miss the playoffs, while dragging their carcass of a team into somewhere near 22nd place thus ensuring they cannot get the 1st overall pick.

This marks the third straight game that Brandon Hagel has missed ice time after playing the Florida Panthers. Three straight. One of those occurrences resulted in a suspension for Ekblad, another in a fine for Greer, and this latest one by Jones the DoPS has issued nothing.
As Adam Gretz said yesterday, the NHL Department of Player Safety has stopped caring about player safety. We could be someone's life being shortened, intentionally, in real time, and the league seems to be all crickets. Disgusting.

They are not meshing with his style. I think he would like to turn over this line up a bit. Binnington and Monty had some words recently when he pulled Jordan from a game. It looks like Hofer is now our number one
Cheering for USA I say bring on Celebrini. We want to beat the best. Dont need Canada crying "oh but we didnt have Celebrini" when USA has the gold.
I think for the betterment of the franchise as a Blues fan they need to sell veterans. They aren’t going anywhere with them.
Sending Monty down for conditioning is the right move and it feels like the right time for it. It takes some heat off of Monty so he can hopefully work it out and gives the youngster more ice time to see what they can do. This was supposed to be another rebuild year and through all the ups and downs, they will be learning along the way.
As a Blues fan, I want them to sell, but if the last two years have told me anything, they will probably go on a run the second half of the season and either barely miss the playoffs or make it and lose in the first round. Either way a mid round draft pick, they need to sell because I’m tired of them being ok, ok does get you a cup, and it doesn’t get you a good draft pick. Armstrong always waits until the deadline and by that point the team is at a decent point to make a playoff push, so he doesn’t do anything, I wish we traded Buch and Kyrou when we had the chance, and Schenn and Binner’s value only gets worse as time goes on. Something needs to happen, and it needs to happen soon.
