This year's Jets team has been terrible and inconsistent since the first puck drop in the first pre-season game. This Jets team is NOT the team they were last season. And this year's Jets team indeed are doing it to themselves, with boneheaded giveaways, getting away from their defensive structure and being perenially unable to clear the puck from their own zone.
This year's Jets are an objectively terrible hockey team and if they make the playoffs (which they probably won't) then they'll just be swept out in 4 games, regardless of who they play.
The Winnipeg Jets are going to St.Louis and considering this an easy two points that they desperately need and a good thing they’re playing the St. Louis Blues. They’re gonna use Hellebuyck and their heavy forecheck and they’re gonna steal two points away from St. Louis like stealing candy from a baby. That’s exactly how Winnipeg feels about it and they’re probably right based on last years playoffs
