  1. Salah is in the wrong. He's 33 and it's to be expected that his form will decrease and his form this season has been poor. He can't expect to play every game for his final two seasons at the club, regardless of what he did last season or any other season before that.

Robertson has shown humility in being benched with Kerkez taking his place. If we had more Centre Backs then I'm sure either Konate or VVD would have been benched.

Salah has sadly let the club down, his team mates and himself. Top draw players like him are known for diva moments. CR7, Mbappe and the like have that diva mentality.

It's no coincidence that we've not lost a game since Salah was benched. We've not played well but we've look more balanced.

Time to faze out the older players and start playing the new generation of players.

Once we bring in one or two more CB's we will most likely see VVD benched.

The likes of Salah, VVD & Robertson are vital in helping support, advise and guide the new players. Salah, sadly, may not be around much longer to do that. He's tarnishing his reputation and legacy!

  2. I fcking love robbo me… hand on heart one of the most genuine folks in football. Dont get shut of him, train him for replacing slot when the time comes. I think he would get the best out of anyone. Ynwa

  3. Robbo is so professional. Salah is a very spoiled child. He should take it on the chin when benched rather than complaining. FSG has to sell him in January. He cannot hold the club at ransom. YNWA

  4. Sell salah hes 33 and has said to much, talk about bite the hand that feeds you.remove from the squad to stop gossip and unrest.and media need to stop fueling the fire by asking players their opinion

  5. Bit of a dilemma for the players, obviously they will be supportive of Mo due to the strong bond but will probably maintain a diplomatic silence regarding the main issue. Emotional support without taking sides.

  6. You just hope this provides a spark somewhere. Either he comes back, and presumably apologizes to the team, or you sell him to the Saudis and bolster that back line as much as you can in January. Chiesa can help them fill the void offensively, he's played out of his mind in limited opportunities this year. I was also really impressed with Jones in this match, he looked sharp.

  7. I utterly love this player ! Love his game, his mentality, his fighting spirit, his leadership.

He is a legend at the club.

  8. Here’s hoping Liverpool leadership chooses being a team more than listening to self-aggrandizing pundits and relics. Mo in red is the better outcome and his teammates know it, even if the manager doesn’t.

  9. One has 12 goals for Liverpool the other has 250. Both are legends, but yes, NOT the same. As any employee being promised one thing and shown another, regardless of his millions, should be able to speak out about his situation.

  10. If Salah was as professional as Robbo, hunker down and win your place or take a bit part for the team. Yet the fellow is all about I, I, I. What a egotistical player. Legs gone, won't run back.. Wanna start.
