  1. As a Vegas fan, I am so glad Marner got out of the negative morass in Toronto. He is averaging right at a point per game, leads the team in plus/minus, and provides solid, 200' play.

  2. Taking Florida to game 7 in the 2nd round last year is probably going to be the Leafs' high water mark for playoff success in the Matthews era. They probably need to be thinking of moving on from him before his contract evpires.

  4. Matthews is an Eric Lindros…. on a few different levels…. Trade the guy down to a southern team and maximize your return for a rebuild… Jumpstart now or youll lose all value he has 😉

  5. Who’s to says it’s an injury responsible for ‘Captain Underpants ‘ declining performance . That could very well be the misdirection narrative that’s being spun by his handlers and the Kool aid drinking media. What if it’s more sinister? Like : Bob Probert, Kevin Stevens, Ian White sinister. 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮 Put that in your pipe and smoke it. Okay bad example, but you get the point. Go Leafs Go 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Cheers 😎

  6. Berube and nylander have a problem and berube thinks defense first so he thinks nylander can't play defense and the team is taking a shitty attitude because berube has a shitty attitude leafs need a new coach in my option and if it doesn't work it's time to make internal changes

  7. Yes, injuries are apparently having a significant effect on Matthews' performance. However, Marner's departure is also proving detrimental, maybe more so than the anti-Marner fanatics would like to admit. It doesn't appear Toronto has remotely succeeded in getting adequate replacement for Marner.

  8. Will Rob and Ryan eat crow when the leafs fail to make the playoffs? Matthews hasn’t shown up in the playoffs for the past 5 seasons Ryan, “calm down, calm down “. 😂😂😂😂
Go leafs go 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Cheers 😎

  9. I think the reason Willy gets 'singled out' by Berube isn't because 'he can take it' or whatever, but because the coach has deemed he's the guy not consistently working at maximum capacity. Unfortunately, what you're getting out of guys like JT, Matthews, and Riley is thee most you can expect from them

  10. Here’s what should scare the pants off of every knowledgeable Leafs fan. Will Keith Pelley go to the board and tell them that a full blown rebuild needs to happen, not two years after this year is over, but immediately? The trajectory of the Leafs for the next decade will be determined over the next 45 days.

  11. I've Had enough of #34's act. Have no issue trading him asap. Trouble is, GM's are not dummies. He's got health issues, and a huge salary, so he's a definite risk to some degree. They should move him before his value drops even further. Leafs won't go anywhere long as #34 is around. No small thing to move him out, I don't make the comments lightly.

  12. After 58 years of failure, what's another 5-10 years? Just pass the failure onto your grand children and make sure that they buy lots of merch and pay a gajillion $$ to watch them lose so that MLSE profits don't take a hit lol!

  13. 34 is the problem . No leadership skills , no killer instincts and when your leader is toast, the rest of the team has the same happy go lucky its just another game attitude.

  14. All I hear is fuckin excuses for the leafs excuses nonstop the leafs deserve to be shit matthews and nylander need to request a trade or play out their contracts then tell the gm they are will not re sign and get away from the toxic fan base just like Marner did

  15. Saying the leafs goaltending has been spectacular is a fuckin joke they are 22nd in goals against per game at 3.3

  16. the leafs are a fuckin joke they wasted 10 years of both nylander and matthews and ppl say Marner needs to go and they got their wish and now looks like the leafs needs him back leafs would be top 3 in the division if he didn’t leave that’s for sure and now Marner is just laughing at the leafs of how shit they become lol

  17. for Vancouver first bo horvat left then jt miller now Quinn Hughes whose next Elias Peterson then their starting goalie I won’t be shocked the Canucks are now eliminated from playoff contention and it’s only December they can join Buffalo on the golf course along with Calgary and Nashville right now
