"Slow decisions". That's been a problem even when they were winning. How much of that is that 1/4 of the team us new, roster changing due to injuries, line juggling etc. Hard to react instinctively when you don't know/trust your linemates.
Re: unpacking. Dump the suitcase on the floor, clothes straight to the laundry hamper.
