It just somehow got EVEN BETTER…

The Montreal Canadiens went bold with their decision on Jacob Fowler and it was the right choice, but he’s not the only goalie that has impressed Habs fans as of late. Josh Gosse and Jesse Poirier chat about all of it on this episode of Habs Digest.

  1. Guys don’t forget about second half flaf 🎉

Once he arrives its lights out with Demidov and whoever plays 2C.

Point per game in second Half-Slaf’ arrival in January. Do you guys think he gets a bonified Center?

  2. Slaf play 200% better as left wing. You can't steal the puck from him when he turns his back to you.

  3. Haven't tuned in for a bit, forgot how much I missed Jesse smile. What a light. Good video fellers

  4. Fowler has a very level head. You’d swear he was a 28 year old vet coming off an all-star season.
The net should be his going forward. The question now is who will be his backup?

  5. Of course Fowler tomorrow. The guy's a stud. I was skeptical but not anymore. Are we sure he doesn't have some distant family ties to Price?

  6. You guys would have a good show if you just calm the f*** down. I just can't listen to you. Are you on coke? Calm the f*** down for God sakes!!!!!!

  7. I remember Slaf getting knocked down a lot when he first started, now he's the one who knocks 🙂

  8. Give Dobes the Rangers, let Fowler have his home debut vs the Oilers, and he can beat Jarry for the 2nd time in 3 days!! LOL

  9. I do normally agree but dont get into thinking getting Volochin will make a change bigger than for example Dobes can do. He has mediocre results in KHL which is the league with preferred defensive style. I dont think he will ever come to level Habs can use him

  10. Love Fowler folks and he's very promising but it's one game folks! Ken Dryden was sublime in 1971 but struggled against the Soviets in 72! Can only dream that Fowler can help win us 6 Cups in an 8 year carreer! Enjoy it while we can because number 25 has been a long time in coming and likely won't be this year! Nut hope is eternal LOL.

  11. There is no doubt left that the Habs made the right choice when they made Slaf their very first pick. Now, the question is: how come no one saw Lane Hutson in their plans for the 60 picks that followed?…

  12. Too many passengers.
Anderson, gally have been terrible for a long time.
    Defense has many holes.
Veleno needs to be waived or released outright.
