Dirty play. See blues player movement. Hes not playing puck at all. Hes not just cross checking, hes targeting a specific area, while trying to disguise and say oh it was an accident. Hes angling forward and up and to the left, into a calculated area on contact, in direct oposition as bedard rotates his right shoulder to left and down. 100 % of his force upward plus 100% of bedards downward force. Totaly intentional. Dear NHL you just lost millions in revenue due to allowing malicious target acts by third line players on 1st line players. Penalizing bedard for being choked from behind contributed and escalated situation..
