The St. Louis Blues have made a move to strengthen their defense by recalling Hunter Skinner from the Springfield Thunderbirds. Skinner, a 24-year-old defenseman, has shown promise with 58 points and 253 penalty minutes in his AHL career.
In addition, the Blues have assigned Logan Mailloux to Springfield. Mailloux, 22, has also made an impact with 80 points and 165 penalty minutes in the AHL.
This roster shuffle aims to provide depth and experience to the Blues’ defensive core. Skinner’s recall could be a strategic move to address any defensive needs the team might have.
Stay tuned for more updates on the Blues’ season and how these roster changes impact their performance on the ice.
