I hope the NHL comes to their senses and gives that guy a suspension, even wild fans are calling him out. Dirty play.
Well, that’s just how the NHL does things I’m afraid. They are pretty cautious with suspensions in playoffs (unless you are repeat offender – Nazem Kadri comes to mind first) and once it’s a fine, it’s impossible to fine players more than 5k bucks because of the Collective Bargaining Agreement the league singed with the Player Union.
Not saying i like it or that it’s good, but it is the was chips are stacked at the moment.
