Why is peewee Quinn still up with team at least Ostlund knew how to play defensively
You need a miracle to turn this thing around. Its time for some major changes. I cant believe what Terrys done/not done to ruin this franchise.
Pegula's biggest LIE was when he claimed upon taking ownership of the Sabres that, "from this moment forward, our sole reason for existing is to win the Stanley Cup … and not just one, but multiple Stanley Cups" (or words to that effect). What a LIE. Had it been a truthful statement, so many things would be different. Just looking at the recent past, here are several:
1. Kevyn Adams would NEVER have been made GM (he had never even been an Assistant GM prior to being handed the keys to the Sabres as Terry's yes man)
2. After 5 years of DISMAL FAILURE, Adams would be FIRED and no longer GM
3. Pegula would have hired a REAL GM with a PROVEN TRACK RECORD of NHL SUCCESS at the CHAMPIONSHIP level — WHATEVER $$$ it would take (even if it meant Terry would have to drill another gas well — hardy-har-har !!!)
4. Pegula would have learned to STOP micro-managing and he would let the expert GM/President of Hockey Operations to his thing without interference.
5. The REAL GM by now would have already OVERHAULED this entire LOSING OPERATION … and, as a result, players would actually WANT to come to Buffalo and/or remain with the Sabres.
A third of the way through the season and still no line chemistry.
This team doesn't play as confident on the road (2-9-2) then at home (9-5-2).
"we did a lot of good things in the game"…lindy, lindy, lindy the plane has crashed into the mountain okay.
Why dont you ask Lindy why he doesnt bench power
They need to rebuild and start this team from scratch starting with gm and coach. They are already behind the basement dwellers of the past 3 or 4 years who are turning the corner. The league is sprinkled with ex sabres enjoying success. At this point Buffalo is a farm team for the rest of the nhl. It will be nice to see Tuch enjoy some success wherever he lands. As a franchise Buffalo is sadly a joke.

Quinn has to be sat, he is a turnover machine, All Ruff says we talked about it, they get no guys to the net, it's all perimeter play, a mite goalie can stop shots from the point. You lost dude, your team sucks and who the hell is coaching the D, Powers and Byran PLAY MORE LIKE FORWARDS,
They can't send a goalie down as they are ALL possible waiver pickups, Adams f'd this team up and then Ruff refers to other teams, who cares worry about your own team, how embarrassing,
It's stunning how a franchise can go 14 yrs not in the playoffs when half the league makes it what complete pathetic loser franchise
