  1. Dang what did these Avs goalies do to you Rudo? You finally feature a save and it's… the easiest save the man's made all year. I think Zegras aimed right for the giant A.

  2. When it comes to the PP, we truly can't afford to be picky, any goal is better than no goals and no goals sadly has been the default commonly accepted result for months now.

Great review as always Rudo woop wooop WE WANT 50! (Points)

  3. Philly had 3 days off,& is a good though not great team. Probably WC team this yr is my guess. AVS coming off a tough game,OT & traveling after a back 2 back. I'm just thrilled they found a way to hold on. Yes Blackwood,& circumstances saved em in the 3rd but they probably deserved to have some type of multiple goal lead after 2 periods also. But some people need to give this team a break-they aren't perfect BUT THEYVE LOST 2 OF 29 GAMES,& ARE ON 135 PT PACE-but there's so much excessive nitpicking still going on in my opinion. I was hoping for 5 or 6pts on this trip,& they have 4 with 2 more possible. And I get it-im guilty of the same thing sometimes with these teams-we are spoiled with 3 legit contenders right now.-granted remains to be seen how they all end up.

Nuggets are on pace for 61 wins without 2 starters but their terrible home losses are driving me crazy. And I still doubt whether the Broncos are really ready to make SB run-I suspect they are still a year away despite being 11-2. But damn other than the road PP-which they scored on yesterday-& their 2-6 record in gimicky OT & even more gimicky SO-big picture how can anybody really be anything but ecstatic with what the AVS have done so far? Other than several teams-like Pittsburgh last night-letting Dallas off hook for several late comebacks for wins &/or pts-Avs are lapping the NHL.(Dallas deserves SOME credit for these comebacks also,& they definitely are a very good team). And that's nothing the AVS can help except the 1 matchup with Dallas.

And even in that 1 SO loss to the Stars-Avs dominated processwise & totally deserved a regulation win -which would make a big standings difference now. But it happens sometimes-Ottenger,& the hockey gods conspired for Dallas that night,& that,& difference between Dallas being 4-5 in OT/SO (couple of which they should've probably lost in regulation-beyond our game. They had 18 shots through regulation last night.)-Avs being 2-6 overall including that earlier matchup is basically why they are so close. But AVS are 3 pts up,in great shape for both tiebreakers (as early as it is)-& have a game in hand over a team on pace for 123pts themselves…I think that's kinda enough said more than 1/3 into the season.

  4. I must have missed it, so a question to the Avs faithful: what's the deal with Rudo's hairdo?
