Oilers System is compromised… the minutes holding the lead vs chasing the Game are to lopsided to traverse…. a good Tactical Systems Analyst trained by say myself would use those Stats to precisely illustrate how and why the Oilers are being slamdanced and exactly how to flip the narrative. Right now it doesnt matter who is in goal for the Oilers. Stick a fork in the Goodship Oilers this Turkey Shoot is over tomorrow.

Agreed CB. No goalie was gona win that shet performance from the Oilers. But Knob will go back to Skinner I'm sure. Amazing the number of people blaming Pickard for that loss, as if Stu would have won it. To bad Stu wasn't in net to take the loss, and poor Pickard. Screwed out of starter for no fault at all yet again. Oilers team D and goaltending will have to be their A game or it's finished.

I don't think Stecher was that bad. I saw one glaring error that resulted in a goal but I would blame Nurse for the goal as much as Stecher because he was just standing by the wall waiting for the pass and not in position to protect the net if something went wrong.

This is a high pressure game,Skinner will panic and blow it for sure.Start Pickard and if it goes to shit pull him early.
You guys can even start a goalie as good as Bobrovsky (if you had one) it doesn’t matter. Team in front needs to show up early, stop taking penalties, stop with all the turnovers, defend better, get more shots on Florida’s net and start scoring goals. And play like you want to win the Stanley cup. Otherwise, you lose.

I agree with everything Button says except for starting Pickard and what he said about Stecher! I agree with Knoblauch starting Klingberg though! Knoblauch has to roll 4 lines and roll 3 D pairings.The 4 forward lines and 3 D pairings have to play great for Oilers to bring it home to Edmonton! No passengers! Stuart Skinner has to bring his A+ game tonight forcing a game 7 in Edmonton! Otherwise Skinner, Kane, maybe Nurse etc. will be part of a big trade by Bowman this summer!
