  1. The trouble I been having is finding time to train, work, and lift weight. I want to get bigger. πŸ’ͺ🏽

  2. How many reps/sets and how long rest between sets. Also do muay thai/kickboxers do hypertrophy???

  3. I train mt 7-9 classes a week plus 3-5 times weights training, work and care for my new daughter and house chores πŸ˜…

  4. Respectfully I'm not sure the axial loading is worth the risk with deadlifts and to a lesser extent front squats, I like goblet and hack squats, pistol and loaded Bulgarian squats, and Nordic curls and (careful) seated good mornings.

  5. Don't have a barbell you can do all these with a KettleBell or Dumbbells. For those who don't have the space. I have Power Blocks 90LBS for these and 32KG KettleBell.
