He’s Getting MUCH Better..

OK Guys, it’s time to take a look at the game last night between the Montreal Canadiens and the Winnipeg Jets! The Habs won this game in a shootout, with Cole Caufield and Jakub Dobes being the heroes. However, there needs to be a conversation about Juraj Slafkovsky right now.. Because this young man has taken his game to a whole new level this season!

  1. Junkie you are getting soft after the sponsorships not the same commentary here a bit more vanilla than I expected from this channel …….. oh well you are really good man just miss the edge of the Junkie prior to the shift. I hope you get the Newfie shit back on track that's why I was here. Go for it dude

  2. I was in Montreal two weeks ago watching the Habs beat the Leafs and one thing we all agreed on was that Slaf REALLY stood out. He's a big guy who sometimes becomes Bambi on ice but that game he was a force away from the puck. It was really exciting to see.

  3. In case you didn't see Slaf's post game, he chirps Dobes for not crying after the game.. might be some useful footage there for the channel. Lol love Slaf.. what a dick.

  4. Dude I love your videos I watch every single one
But can you clip things a bit slower like it’s hard to follow

  5. I must say, the Ducks didn't miss with Sennecke like I thought they did at the time. Not sure what Cayden Lindstrom is up to these days though

  6. Slaf played his best game of the year IDC about the points I look at the player and how he thinks on the ice.He still made stupid passes like the one that ended up a turnover and a goal and those rinkwide passes he likes to make that never accomplish anything but overall his best game yet.
Texier hustled well Arber played solid Caufield stopped skating on the back check goal where Matheson went over to help Dobson. No Caufield wouldn't make it back in time but that pass had not yet developed and he stopped skating.
OT was very exciting in spite of all 3 small guys falling down at one point Caufield/Suzuki and Hutson.Suzuki's was the worst he looked like a ninety year old trying to get back up.The shootout was sad as usual low scoring IQ except Caufield who has the highest scoring IQ in the NHL.

  7. It’s almost like big wingers take longer to develop, people were so quick to hate on the pick, call Slaf a bust it’s insane haha, I love the way the Slovak king is playing second half Slaf came early this year 🔥🔥

  8. 2 other young guys that played great in that game were Hutson and Kapanen. Both playing great at both ends of the ice.

  9. Slavy is unleashing himself!! Love to see the big kid playing!
Dobes is our number 1 and that's it from now on! We got a BIG W! Suzuki needs to be on Team Canada!

  10. What about all the broken sticks? It’s too much. Can’t they give up a bit of flex of the stick (and consequently maybe a bit of power) for durability? It’s an epidemic how often the sticks break! Please explain this one to me.

  11. If anybody runs into Matheson tell him to switch his sticks he broke three of them last night. He breaks more sticks than a 40 year old angry brothel Madame.

  12. Being slovak, Slaf is like the Last Mohican for us.
From having loads of top nhl players, now he and Nemo are the last standing ones :sad cry emoji:

  13. I've been reading a lot about this Xack Bolduc situation.
MSL puts him on the 1st line, and he has 5 pts in 2 games. SLAF got put with Demidov and Kapanene, and everyone said he played fantastic with them. Had more responsibility than he does on the first line and did the most of it. If I had known about this lineup change in advance, I'd have had nightmares about breaking up the 1st line. But it seemed to work out great. "Seemed"

Now, all of a sudden, Bolduc is in MSL's shit house and got a measly 8 MINUTES of ice time vs WIN. WTF is up with that? Did he have THAT bad of a game vs OTT compared to everyone else on the roster? Looking at the game stats, it didn't seem so, but granted, I didn't watch the whole thing.
Does anyone have any insight into what NSL is doing with BOLDUC? And what Texier is doing on the 2nd line all of a sudden?

  14. Demidov is a hell of a player, but holy timbits has Slaf been puttin' up the points and makin' his presence known! Good on him!
