One thought- I think the second line is suffering because of Nylander actually. He’s doing a lot of floating, waiting for the puck to be passed to him and he hasn’t been making smart plays.
His forecheck on the penalty kill is half-hearted. I think a lot of people will point to Cowan, but I’m not sure he’s really the issue.
Willie needs to find his form again. Johnny Tavares can’t do it all by himself.
I am the opposite – I only watch when they win. I am a Steve fan, not a Leafs fan, so I prefer happy Steve.
Two players stuck in the minors are finally getting their chance, McMann and Steeves, Steves had to leave to get that chance. Both Steeves and McMann score the 1st goals tonight.
I saw 2 gaffs by Cowen on D coverage and was going to point it out on Twitter but realized it was Cowen so I didn't.

I called it – sure Woll is a decent goaler – BUT – a BIG BUTT – he is what is referred to in goealer circles as an ATHELTIC goaler – meaning – he relies (far too) HEAVILY on his athleticism to make a SAVE – meaning he is HIGHLY HIGHLY PRONE TO INJURY because he OVEREXTENDS HIS BODY frequently – often – TOO DAMN MUCH – to make those spectacular saves which he is FORCED TO MAKE ALL THE TIME due to SHYET DEFENSIVE PLAY of the Leafs D which STOLLARZ excorciated and was BOOED for – so whats that get ya ? – exactly EXTENDED ILR for WOLL – I actually called this LAST week – I KNEW IT WAS GONNA 'APPEN BECAUSE IT ALWAYS HAS 'APPENED – WOLL IS A DRAMA QUEEN AND HUGELY INJURY PRONE – periodOH

I’ve been aware of you for years now but never watched. I’m a caps fan and tuned into you’re “do something” video because I knew you were gonna lose it and I’m a sad man that way but honestly I’ve watched every single episode since within a couple hours of release before bed and its been awesome. I think I’m gonna end up sticking around here for a while

Actually felt a bit guilty mostly only watching the leafs losses so started watching the wins as well! As long as they don’t beat the caps when they play them (and as a bonus keep beating metro teams) I’m happy

I heard Stolarz, after getting chewed out by Chiefer, walked in front of a fan in dressing and the wind caused another "concussion", it looks alot like that debackle this past spring when that phantom elbow clipped him. Finally Leaf's start stringing wins in a row. Just what we hoped for back in last weekend when they won the game against Pittsburgh.

I prefer watching LFR when they win as long as it's not against my actual team. I especially like watching them win against teams I particularly dislike.
