The Minnesota Wild and Philadelphia Flyers have made some roster moves, placing veterans Tyler Pitlick and Adam Ginning on waivers.
Tyler Pitlick, a 34-year-old forward, has been shuffling between the AHL and NHL this season. With 15 games played for the Wild, he brings experience and depth to the team. Despite his recent call-up, he’s likely headed back to the AHL’s Iowa Wild, where he’s been productive.
Adam Ginning, a 6’3” Swedish defenseman, was a former second-round pick for the Flyers in 2018. With limited NHL experience, Ginning’s future with the team is uncertain, especially with the emergence of Emil Andrae. He might be picked up by a team in need of blueline support, but it’s more probable he returns to the AHL’s Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
