  1. At this rate, carriers' careers will be shortened. He's an easy small target for punishment…..concussions galore

  2. Hit was clean and brutal.
Respect to Jackeye for standing up for his mate.
Respect Lowry for answering the bell.
You could tell pretty quick they weren’t in it hurt each other, just fighting for the code.
    RESPECT

  3. Arber Xhejak wasn't himself for the beginning of this the season, he needs to work on his balance by getting stronger ankles and finding a strategic style, his confidence and motivation were at zero because he was held by his coach to concentrate on his defense.

He was afraid and displeasing his coach and also putting his team in trouble because in his fights this season, I saw that Arber was hesitating to fights.

Everybody who hates Montreal came to conclusion that he was afraid of Mcdermid from the Ottawa Senators because he denied Mcdermid request at the Bell Center.

Believe me Arber isn't afraid of nobody but he lost those fights because of his hesitation and lack of concentration.

Every enforcers in the NHL will tell you that you lose some and you win some…

  4. Xhekajski does more dancing than fighting. I remember when fighters actually threw punches

  5. This is everything that's wrong with the moderrn NHL….
Guys don't stand up for themselves anymore……
Take his number and deal with him later, instead the goon attacks and don't get penalized for it

  6. Not being allowed to take the helmet off is one of the dumbest rules man, they basically outlawed actually fighting with that these are literally all wrestling matches now

  7. Why do people gripe about there not being as many fights anymore, then whine about fighting when they do happen?

  8. What a farce – cheap shot Xhekaj – tough guy – – BAHHAHAHA what a f'ing loser POS

  9. Clean or not, your hit makes a guy fly like that you otta answer for it. Good on Xhekaj for a great fight.

  10. If you dont understand the code in the nhl… this is a perfect example… hit is clean..but …its one of them hits both sides understands has to be answered for … the montreal enforcer realizes he has the captin from Winnipeg in bad situation.. .he throws to dummy punches and does the right thing and let's him off the hook. …. for a clean hit remember .. this is hockey code 101 …

  11. no guns sheriff didnt really want to fight, wrapped it up as soon as possible, the hit was absolutely great though

  12. hit was pretty clean but given Lowry;s height was above the neck. what's a code? it determines how you beat someone up? if so, what's the point and what message are you sending? You either beat the guy up or our don't otherwise why won't the perpetrator do it again? bottom if you have Olivier this stuff rarely happens because people are justifiably afraid to drop their gloves so less likely to take liberties. if they have to answer THAT bell they may not finish the game. just ask Matt Rempe and countless others.
