Elliotte Friedman just said on daily face off that Hill isn’t expected back until Christmas, and he said something like if even then or it’s doubtful
I would like to see Bowman in the shootout rather than Marner. Marners head fakes look showy but they don’t fool the goalies. I was also saying where was Theodore the last shootout time. At least Dorofeyev broke his draught.
Any win is a good win. As I live here in Southern Canada (Windsor Ontario, just across the 1-mile River separating us from Detroit) I have to laugh because the Toronto media and fans still can't handle Marner choosing Vegas over Toronto. Go Knights! How can you not love an organization that expects to win Stanley Cups?

Carter Hart is a big plus in goal should save us a 1 or 2 games GA every game . The difference betweening winning or losing a game .
Jack eichel is 100% a difference maker. The guy is on a 100+ point pace. Sure they could use a better goal scorer but saying eichel isn’t a difference maker is just disrespectful

Watched a lot of Carter Hart with Flyers. He was a very young goalie after they had had miserable tandems in net. A solid compete level who fiercely defends. It’s his net. 🌠

If this team could hit the side of a barn, and take advantage of open chances from the slot more often with they will be a legit contender again. Willingness to shoot, and accuracy, more is needed.
Also cut down on the hope passes, more puck possession.

I thoughth Hart was excellent and VGK had a lot of bad luck trying to get it into the net plus a few posts and top bar misses. I think defence is their biggest problem, too many breakaways and odd man rushes
