  1. I do the exact opposite. Every day is upper body day. I've been skipping legs for 4 years now and I mostly focus on arms and shoulders. Never had a more impressive physique. If you follow Mike's advice you're going to look short and bulky rather than aestethic.

  2. I've gone back to the Bro Split for training. I just prefer it. I like going to the gym and focusing on one thing at a time, really getting the mind muscle connection, and feeling like a got a good pump when I go home.

  3. How does someone who is theoretically 6’5, 159 pounds (probably less) depressed, has no job because jobs fuckin suck at hiring people and is dead inside to the point of giving up, is a heavy Mj smoker….. try to gain weight.?

  4. I started the reg park and steeve reeves full. Body workouts, i was trying to do it 3 times a week, and i was ok untill i got my strength back, theres no way i can do 3 times a week any more , i get stronger by doing full body every fourth day

  5. i do push pull legs twice a week plus pilates and boxing, im 49 years old, its exhausting, could i do 3 full body a week every second week ?

  6. I do a full body three day split, having an off day after each day of lifting
    Day1
    Squat
    Pendlay row
    Barbell shoulder press
    Lat pulldown
    Incline dumbell press
    Tricep dip machine
    Barbel bicep curl
    Day2- off
    day3- deadlifts
    Front squats light
Side lateral raises / rear delt raises
    Barbell bench press
    Latpull down
    Overhead tricep extension
    Incline dumbell bicep curl
And repeat the day 1 on day 4 lol
    Could seee really great results

  7. Full body is all I’ve ever done. My exercises consist of squats and calf raises to fire up my testosterone. Then ab crunches or twists. Then it’s 1 pull exercise followed by push 1 exercise over and over. All with dumbbells, except one. (Curls, shoulder press, single arm row, chest press, inverted fly, skull crushers, shrugs, lat pull down.)

  8. F45 has been effective for me as a life long competitive athlete I’m 62. I focus on muscle building with old age factors

  9. When he says health benefits, this is a seated row, when he says upright rows, we see a rowing machine, which is not what he's referring to when he mentions rows in this context. It's a cardio machine.

  10. lol @ Mike talking about longevity. You know what's not good for longevity? Taking so many drugs that your skull changes shape and having a plastic surgeon hack off multiple pieces of your body because of your body dysmorphia.

  11. I questioned this, and still question this.
I used to do two full body workouts a week. Eventually I changed to doing 3 days of workouts, targeting different muscle groups. I seemed to lose all my progress once I switched. Not that it was pointless, but I could visibly see a difference. Before switching, I was toned, ripped, and felt big.
After switching I lost alot of the tone, but put on muscle and weight.
Definitely going back to doing full body workouts.

  12. Tough though as im usually not ready to do legs again as quickly as i am the rest of my body

  13. I do a whole body circuit, say 6 exercises, slight changes, 5 or 6 days a week. Perhaps not good for building up, but I love it. I know I should throw in a little more cardio, and eat a LOT more, but generally feel good. All that said, push ups, overhand pull ups are my staple.

  14. Do what works for you!!!! I train the same muscles every other day. I work hard but don’t overdo it. The higher frequency keeps my attention span up and gives me more overall volume weekly. I also train 2x a day for 30 minutes max per session so, I can hit hard and leave. I can’t train hard for much longer than that. Day1 before work strength train legs and volume train arms after work. Day 2 strength train back and volume train chest after work. Back to day one.
