Samuel Montembeault = save percentage of .861 and goals-against average of 3.61. How are the Canadiens supposed to win with a goalie like that? Montembeault isn't winning games for the Canadiens. A goalie with numbers like that is more likely to lose games than help win them, especially with a defense that is already struggling. And the media like RDS and TSN ? It’s like they’re more focused on protecting the player’s image or sticking to the narrative than addressing the actual issues on the ice. A bad goalie doesn't just hurt the scoreboard, it messes with the entire team’s mindset.
I see they left out the clear holding the stick non-call before Ottawa's 5th goal and the "ref you suck" chant.
