The Sabres are a prime example of why the NHL needs a commissioner that will force bad owners to sell up to people that have better intentions. Terry Pegula is the absolute worst kind of owner, yet no one in the league's executive branch seems to care. Hell, you have fans on social media claiming that the league is conspiring AGAINST the Sabres and that's why Pegula can't win.
