Well, you’re in luck cause we’re going to go over some things you can do to fix it 🫡

One of the major issues I see with the Standing Leg Curl Machine, is people being in too much lumbar extension (arching lower back.)
.
Utilize the handles, by pulling yourself into position and pulling the ribcage down to your pelvis.
.
Then, you can go one step further and utilize a pad/block to limit how much space there is between the machine and your leg.
.
Stable pelvis = beefy hamstrings πŸ„πŸ€ 
.
Train hard and have an outcome in mind at all times.
