  1. Demidov and Bedard have been my new favourite players for a bit, but since Demidov has that Bedard release, maybe I dont have to watch Chicago anymore.

  2. Dobes seems like the kind of goalie you just have to ride with if he's hot. Some goalies totally kill their momentum by sitting even one game.

  3. What was that ?! Slaf score in PP… few hours later… The team is in the bus to the hotel after match and they are called back, because the goal didn't count it was offsite, what a BS 🙂

  4. "Slaf on the second line?" Gee, I don't know. Could it be the injuries that jumble up the Top 6? Or maybe it is thet Slaf and Demidov have worked well together (since Canucks game on PP1)? Or maybe its a chance for Slaf to develop as a leader of the rookies (instead of as a follower of the veterans)? Remember to breathe, the most important stat is W.

  5. The 3 quick goals was due to poor defense ..The small back end think they are forwards ; tenders without Arber are left out to dry !!

  6. I wish Saint-Louis gave more ice time to Demidov. Of course he still make mistakes, he's only 19, but he's so incredibly talented, I feel the coach is spoiling his chances of winning the Calder. Schaeffer is amazing indeed, but he plays 25 minutes per game. Demidov? barely 15 minutes in the best of cases. The kid deserves more, and the team needs more time from him!

  7. Shortening the bench is not a reflection on the players its a reflection of needing a win. You put your hot guns out while trailing and your best defenders when you take the lead. Nothing else to read into it. Keep the faith and Go Habs Go!

  8. Brutal second period, thankfully they got the win. Two tough opponents up next, hopefully they can get the wins there as well

  9. Tell me the fix isn't in on that "icing" call at the end. Itself amazing the Habs can even compete when the League wants the Canadian teams to tank.
