Why is he not in consideration for the Olympics? He's been solid for a couple years straight now.
He's the same age as Tim Thomas was when he basically became a starter in the NHL maybe this guy is a Tim Thomas 2.0 not style but the age of being a late bloomer and I'm just saying if Tim Thomas I didn't get that career-altering concussion he might have played for a few more years so if he didn't get that concussion we could have had Tim Thomas until 44 he wouldn't be the first but I'm pretty sure he would be the second oldest goalie of all time was at the age of 45 I forget his name but he played for Toronto he literally died not too long ago

Dude's a lot of things. He's a legit #1, not just a #2 (I've said this all along). His hockey IQ is off the charts. And, somewhat unusual for a goalie, he is also a well spoken dude with quite the sense of humor and a dynamic personality. Complete player, and more importantly, person.
