He only makes the save because of the pause in that split second shot . Anyone can see,there is no way oettenger makes the save if the shot is taken off the pass .
Terrible shot
Both tendys were absolutely on point. This save in particular wasn't as "spectacular" as it looked at first considering the bad shot and pause instead of shooting directly off the pass, but having said that, Otter was still just a TAD better. I love Helle, but Otter has earned this… Otter for starting U.S. goalie! 🇺🇸🥅🏒🥇
