St. Louis seems like a team that should be in a full rebuild but hasn't committed to it yet.
Kyrou would be a welcome addition to the wings. I think he would perform well in the line up as well with the current roster. I think the Wings are currently in a position to trade a 1rst and a prospect. 8.13 is gonna be a steal for his type of production with the rise of the salary cap.
Red Wings are forced to make a trade in the next 7-8 months. The free agency pool is getting shallower by the day and they won’t be picking top-5 this year.
hes not getting traded just stop. he has a no move and is the only player on the blues that responds to coaching. They arent making a trade just to lose it. these rumors are stupid.
the habs aren't getting kyrou, he is the exact player they dont need,
Berggren, Mazur, Gustafsson, and Holl for Kyrou. 😁
Habs need to stay away, no more wingers that can maybe be centers….. Jonathan Drouin…. Habs need to trade for actual center. Now, if you are saying habs trade for Kyrou, replace Laine once he's gone. I'm okay with that, even though I'm not the biggest fan of Kyrou.
One thing I don’t hear anyone mentioning is that the Wings have made a lot of deals with the blues in recent years. On top of that we have a surplus of draft picks and prospects. Cap space isn’t a problem for us either…. The only thing that could prevent the wings from making this deal, assuming they want him, is Kyrou himself. He has a full no-trade clause. If the wings are still in the top 3 of the Atlantic come the trade deadline I would imagine they’ll be major players. Kyrou solidifies the wings top six and our overall depth starts to get very impressive. If the wings pull this off, look out for not just a playoff return but a decent run as well.
If Lego is talking about it, we can already assume it's garbage and will not happen.
The Habs would be the place ,who would want to play in Detroit war zone or the cursed leafs
Yzerman wants him so ..
Will be interesting to see what moves Yzerman makes especially after some of the past moves were terrible I hope he makes the team better
Pass
Okay, hear me out. Corey Perry to Det
Kyrou has never been a center!
kyrou hard no. we have enough soft finesse players already . we need grit and toughness .
What would the return be? Yzermans not just going to give up Kasper because of a sophomore slump. Nobody wants Copp or Compher. Rasmussen maybe? Soderblom? I would be careful with Soda because he could put it together and if he does we're looking at Tage lite.
Please stop including the Red Wings in any trade rumors involving players of any real value. Trading for high end talent is not part of the Yzerplan.
