  1. We pound the laffs last saturday and now we pound marners golden shits. A good day in hockey 🤣🤣. Montembault showed up and played like he was playing last year. Hope he can keep it up. Go habs go 💪

  2. I hope the guys apologized to Monty for that breakdown on defense. He should have had the shut out.

  3. This was a game that the Canadiens needed to win! But as important as this win is this was a game that Sam Montembeault needed to play great… and he did! In fact …. he was stellar!
Hopefully this was a turning point in Monte's game!🙏
And when your goalie is playing like that, it gives the offensive players the confidence to play like the Canadiens did tonight! This was a team win! Every one did their part!👍👍
🤔…. the next game may be a bit tougher!😬
    🦂🥂

  4. VGK need a defenseman before the trade deadline. Schmid has been ok but they also need better goal tending. Hoping Hart can make a difference despite what people say about him and hopefully get Rasmus Andersson from the Flames. I was at the game sitting with a bunch of loud Habs fans lol. They were nice though they bought me a drink and were all having a good time

  5. Canadiens definitely had a better game, but how do you leave a guy so open right in front of the goalie lol. Four guys against the boards and one out by the blue line

  6. Good to see Monty play his way back into the wins column. He needed that for sure. And yay for Texier on getting his first point as a Canadien.

  7. It's a shame the shutout got spoiled but this was a much needed exceptional performance from monty

  8. The Knights, frankly, aren't very good. An entire team looking at a guy in his mid 30s with a bad back going "uhh mark could you do something please?"
