Good battle on the season series Sabres! Yinz will be contending for cups in the near future no question.. I think you guys will need more contribution from young guys like Mittelstadt and Nylander when your prospects become full time NHL players.. you guys got off to a Great start then hit a road block, which happens to alot of up and coming teams! What do yinz think will happen with Tristan Jarry??? Having too many stars at one position is a good problem to have but its unfortunate to see him down at WBS when he's NHL ready
I don't get why the Sabers seem content on allowing Brian Skinner's career to waste away or the good goalie they have to waste away. Trade these two pieces away next season for draft picks. Then tank for a season. As for our Penguins. This is so relieving to see the Pens finally not play down to their opponent like were notorious for doing. Hopefully the Kessel goal will get him going and Desmith had a great game. Allowing the pens to play more aggressively with the lead and also to stay out of the box. Probably one of their top 5 complete games they've played this year. We'll see what happens going forward. McCann rules!
