Was working super late tonight just finished watching replay on espn plus and that wasn't our cleanest performance but we were better than last game vs Detroit. Blues totally different style than 🪽. Devils handled it i felt better. Only gripe is feel we give skaters too much time in our zone step up and pressure th3 puck handler. Fortunately not a ton of offense on this blues team aslo more ozone cycle I would like to see from us. But guys took advantage of opportunities and marky played just fine. Also alot of the 1st and some of the 2nd we outplayed them. I felt this was a team we needed to beat and the guys did. Huge win. Go Devils
Huge win made it a happy turkey day. It was a game we needed to build off after fight gate vs Detroit. I thought energy was just fine.a couple bad turnovers but we made plays when we needed and important home win

ACE, we talked the other night about handling this after emotional win vs wings and guys did won again at home. Now the test we discussed earlier this week after major holiday we have a road day game in Buffalo-this has potential to be a very tough challenge coming off the holiday. Want to see how the boys maturity level looks like up in Buffalo with a rival Philly the next night back at the rock. I hope guys are sharp and do not overlook or play lethargic in Buffalo. Interesting spot on the schedule. Lets go up to Buffalo and get that taste of road struggle out of our mouths with a effort we can be very proud of.beat the sabres… go devils.. lets see how we do with this type of challenge. Its not the Sabres it's the situation but let's overcome it and win.. enjoy Thanksgiving on to Buffalo 🐃.

If Fitz trades Nemo, what are we going to do about it?!? The team he goes to will automatically be my second team and I will root for him in his entire career. Absolutely LOVE Nemo’s playing style. He is EXACTLY what this team has been missing for a decade.
Nemo will be a higher impact NHL player than Quinn in the playoffs by the end of his career. Dude is a performer when it matters most. Every team would KILL to have this type of player. If we lose him for Quinn Fitz will have gotten FLEECED. We MUST WAIT for 2027.

Hey, Ace. My girlfriend had a great time at her first Devils game and the lounge was fine. Great variety of foods. The best lounge experience I’ve ever had was when I sat center ice first row behind the glass on the penalty box side. We had access to two lounges! They had more premium food in the one that was downstairs away from the seats.
Is it just me or do Devils fans have a low hockey IQ? I see it in the chat and overheard dumb comments at the game. Some examples: “get Cotter off the ice, he is useless and does nothing,” Luke Hughes should not be making more than $3,000,000 a year, “Timo is not living up to his contract,”
And so on, I didn’t even bother engaging with any of these idiots as I don’t wanna get into debate with my girlfriend there.

I love Meier driving his line and would love to see that continue even once Jack gets back. I don’t know if this is too creative, but I would love to see potential line combinations like this:
Cotter-Hischier-Mercer
Bratt-Hughes-Gritsyuk
Meier-Glass-Brown
Platoon-Platoon-Noesen
Those two spots can be a mix of Lachance, Palat, and Glendenning, or perhaps an additional piece. But I don’t think Palat has shown he’s still an everyday player and as great as Glendenning has been, I’m not sure he should be either. The only real risk I see is if Cotter can’t be consistent enough for that role. But if this works, you have three real deadly lines that can compete with anyone.
Then, all Fitz needs to do is trade for someone who could step in as a 3C, but doesn’t actually have to be on a nightly basis.
