I give them a B. It would be an A if the goaltending was a lot better
This is a very young team and they are showing that. Fowler will be in place in the next two seasons. Hage is coming in next year. This team will be in the up and up going forward.
Guy doesn’t watch Habs hockey Slaf may not put up the points but he drives the 1st line and when he was put in the 2nd he drives that line without him the Habs aren’t in the playoff picture
be better???? considering the cirumstances (no goaltending, no 2c, and 4 major injuries (dach/guhle/newhook/laine)) this is a great start for the YOUNGEST team in the NHL

I'd rank Slafkosky much higher, like a B-. A lot of what he's done doesn't always earn him points. Winning puck battles in both offensive and defensive zones. He's often the third assist on plays. Is there room for improvement? Of course, but he's often overlooked because of his lack of points, but he has been a consistent big man.
Bubby is no watching the Habs lmao. First line wasnt doing great but it was not Slafs fault. He was the only reason they were decent. They took him off that line for Bolduc and they've been bad since. Slaf is what makes that line run. Meanwhile, on the 2nd line WITH DEMIDOV btw, so hes not replacing him, they've been thriving and our best line over the last 3 games. Anyways. Appreciate the effort but you gotta watch a little closer or more often Carlo.
