Washington Capitals center Nic Dowd is out tonight against the Edmonton Oilers with an upper-body injury. Dowd participated in the morning skate but didn’t take warmups.
Connor McMichael will replace Dowd on the third line, playing between Brandon Duhaime and Ryan Leonard. Sonny Milano returns to the lineup on the fourth line after being out since November 6th.
