Powerplay is still ass, though
Edit: JD, the power play still is bad. They are too casual and slow moving the puck and should "ALWAYS" have someone in the goalie's face. The 5 on 3 was worse. That's when you put 2 dudes in the goalie's face. There's no anticipation or outnumbering the other team to get to the puck and keep it in the zone. They seriously need to stop the drop passes back to the defensive zone to get the puck going up the ice. It wastes time and never works.
Im one of the voices that worried about askarov pre season and then complained during the first few games. I was wrong and let my emotions control me. He's a beast and I will check myself next time.

Every single game where Asky does amazing I wish I had a time machine to slap my past self for being so hard on him, I was a certified hater the first couple games man, character development I suppose.
I've wondered for a while, does anyone know what's up with Liljegren and the facial thing he does? I am just wondering if it's just from the smelling salts, or if it's a condition he has, and if so I am sorry for drawing attention to it. I have never been able to find anything on the internet about it, but I find it interesting and am just curious and mean no offense by it.
