Leafs just aren't a very good hockey team. It isn't much more complicated than that lol. When Matthews and Marner were there in their prime, they covered up a lot of their warts like Rielly and lack of depth. Now that Matthews is on the decline and Marner is gone, it is what it is lol

Everyone just keeps glossing over the injuries. Leafs are a better team than Montreal, when healthy, overall. The vibes though are bad, that's for sure.
